Off-Script Digital is a lead generation studio for Australian service businesses. We started on the other side of the counter.
The founder of Off-Script Digital spent five years running the commercial side of a busy boutique fitness studio: the ads, the trial sign-ups, the follow-up calls and the monthly targets.
Over those five years the studio went through several agencies. Each one ran the usual ad creatives, and each time the result was the same: plenty of enquiries, but too many weak leads that never turned into bookings.
So he built a different system. The ads do the qualifying, so people are filtered out before they ever submit an enquiry and the ones who do get in touch are a genuine fit. That is what Off-Script Digital now runs for service businesses across Australia and we measure ourselves on the bookings, not the clicks.
